THE JOB ZONE partnership tackles low skills, worklessness, poverty and social exclusion. It is led by Learning Partnerships and enables us to support parents and other adults into work, thus completing the circle from economical exclusion to economic inclusion.

ENGAGE is aimed at young people aged 13 to 19 years, particularly those who are not in education, training or employment. Activities include drama, dance, music, environmental studies, outdoor activities and mechanics - something to spark an interest.

FAMILY LEARNING WORKERS work across 18 primary schools in South and East Leeds, targeting hard to reach sections of the community in areas of high economic & social deprivation. They work to engage parents from the very first days that their children attend school.
